Suesca is a town and municipality in the Almeidas Province, part of the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia. It is located on the Altiplano Cundiboyacense at 59 kilometres (37 mi) north from the capital Bogotá. Suesca forms the northern edge of the Bogotá savanna and is a scenic countryside town which is well known because its landscape attracts devotees of rock climbing, trekking, and rafting. It is surrounded by dairy farms and flower plantations. The municipality borders Cucunubá and Lenguazaque in the north, Sesquilé in the south, Chocontá in the east and Nemocón and Gachancipá in the west.

A route of 48 km that begins with an ascent off road for 8 km. We will ride through sections of native forest and  potato crops from which we will descend 3 km to the village of Polynesia,  at south of Lake Suesca. We circled the lake in a wavy path and return to rise a couple of km to return to the starting point with an incredible view. We take a drop of 5 km with a significant slope and before returning cross the Bogota River and the town of Santa Rosita.

Una ruta de 21 km recorriendo el famoso farallón donde se inició y se ha dado importancia a la escalada colombiana. Partiremos por un single-track que nos hará calentar las piernas los primeros km. Descenderemos hasta el pueblo de Santa Rosita para comenzar un ascenso de 2km acercándonos a la vía Bogotá-Tunja. Finalizaremos con un terreno ondulado por via sin pavimentar hasta el punto de partida. Atravesaremos bonitos paisajes y campos.
